Not free, commercial.

This is not an open source Project, this is a sample Project for a commercial Library. This should be removed here! E-Iceblue is using Codeplex as its download server. Looks like they can not afford to have one themselves.

I have been using Spire.PDF for some time now on a recent project. I was using an alternative product previously which I have used for many years but quite often came up against limitation. Due to my previous use of Spire.XLS I thought id try their PDF offering. I can safely say is that I will never go back to my previous component. Spire.PDF has opened up so many more possibilities for my PDF output needs. This software offers me too many features for me to go into here but I have found that the Forms and Security features have really enabled me to expand the functionality of my applications where other components couldn’t. The great thing about e-iceblue’s Spire products is that they offer great support and there is a growing user community that can share their experiences. If you are in doubt just download the free trial, you wont regret it.

As everyone else has pointed out, this software is not open source. This makes a mockery of this website, the purpose of which is stated as "Project Hosting for Open Source Software". Please remove this article.
